 Is "Activating" my account required to register?

No. You will have a FREE basic "Not-active" account for the lifetime of your registration that includes 2 Photo Slots, all Information Entry ( Resume, Contact Info, & Physical Stats) as well as full visibility search to 8-12 Casting, based on the information entered into your account.

Why should I pay to "Activate" my account in your database?

"Activating" can bring you a number of marketing tools like printable materials, public website links, & you can add Audio & Video slot uploads to your account once you activate! All transactions go to AgencyPro software directly.

Is there an additional cost for Audio & Video uploads?

Yes, there is a one time fee of $40.00 per slot to activate the slot, then the slot is available for uploading for the lifetime of the account at no additional cost for switching out material. Again, all transactions go to AgencyPro software directly. 

Why do I have to type in my resume instead of uploading?

You type in your resume so that it is all keyword searchable by 8-12 Casting, & it looks professional in our template, & we can easily locate the information by organized sections. If you have a word document you can copy & paste, or drag & drop each field entry. Contact AgencyPro support for assistance with your resume or any other questions 1-610-747-0966: Option "3".

Do I need to "Login" to my account if I'm already registered with 8-12 Casting?

Yes! Our new AgencyPro system is taking the place of all our past files & this is our only method of finding you. If you were previously on file with us, you will receive a "Welcome Letter", introducing you to our new program. In this letter you will be instructed as to how to get your FREE basic "Not-active" account set up with your username & password. This is a FREE courtesy account to you. However, you may also choose to "Activate" your account, which brings marketing & exposure benefits.

Do I still need to register with you if I already have an AgencyPro account through another Casting Company or Agent?

YES! Each AgencyPro database is private. If you wish to be considered for our projects, you must at least have the free basic acccount in our system so we can locate you!
